Ms. Yardley joined QV Investors in 2007. She is responsible for financial administration, securities registrations, and is the Chief Compliance Officer for the firm. Prior to joining QV Investors, Ms. Yardley was self-employed as a small business accountant and was with Lakeland Foods Ltd. in the United Kingdom. She holds a BA in Business Administration, an AAT (Associate of Accounting Technicians) and a HND (Higher National Diploma) in business and finance from the University of Northumbria/Carlisle. Kim has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course.
